1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SayCV (saycv.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

SayCV provides an AI-powered career platform including job matching, CV generation, interview coaching, and application tracking. The service is provided "as is" during the beta period and features may change without notice.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile. You must not use the service to submit false applications or misrepresent your qualifications to employers.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use SayCV to: scrape job data or profiles, create multiple accounts, reverse-engineer the AI systems, attempt to bypass security controls, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-generated content

CVs, cover letters, and interview feedback are generated by AI and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before submitting it to employers. SayCV does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular role.

6. Intellectual property

The content you provide (your experience, skills, etc.) remains yours. SayCV retains ownership of the platform, the AI models, and the interface. AI-generated documents created from your input are owned by you.

7. Liability limitation

SayCV is a tool to assist your job search — we do not guarantee employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, SayCV's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months (during beta: zero).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory protections granted by your country's consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance. Last updated: June 2026.
